So rag off and some sound insulating bitumen insulator in, I was really amazed how good it is now. Before knocking anywhere it sounded like empty oil barrel and now sounds like knocking wooden table, not bad at all. Only down side is I might really REALLY want to put same sound insulating plate under floor plates, seatbox, over transmission etc. Only underside tough.
