So it is time to go back to basics, meaning trying to find lost and found brakes. I have brakes, but pedal goes nearly to the floor and thats when every shoe is adjusted to bind a little. So clamping flexihoses, clearly problem is somewhere near the front. So far I have tried to bleed brake cylinders every possible way that is ever written or heard from anywhere and guess what, no luck. I even cannibalizes one scrap drum to adjust shoe angles correctly but it didn't make any difference.
